Cap Coast Junior Cup 2025 will be held on the weekend of August 9th and 10th at the Barmaryee Sports Precinct. This year CCNA will again be capping nominations for each division as well as an EOI for a boy's division - subject to adequate numbers. The carnival will be split into two sessions, divisions for each session will be released with the draw which is scheduled to be released a week prior to the carnival.

 

Team Nominations are based in age, not skill, please read below the guidelines:

1. Players ages are based on what they are turning by the end of this year (31st of Dec 2025) not what they will be at the time of the carnival.

​

2. Teams can have no more that 2 players 1 year older than the division in which they are nominating.

E.G - 8 x 10yr olds and 2 x 11yrs = eligible to nominate in the 10yrs division

E.G - 8 x 10 yr olds, 1 x 11 yr old and 1 x 12 yr = ineligible to nominate in the 10 yrs division will have to nominate in the 11yrs division

 

3. Teams that nominate in the wrong division may not automatically change divisions as it will depend on the number of team nominations already in that division - refund will be given if this is the case or we can place you in a higher division if numbers permit. 

 

4. Replacement players must be within the guidelines stated above. 

 

5. If a player does not have a current netball qld registration, they will be charged a carnival nomination fee to cover insurance. PLEASE make sure that you are using the players correct email and phone that is linked to their netball connect registration.

6. You can not register your team if you don't have an umpire and scorer.

 

7. Rep teams will need to nominate an age division or 2 above their age and therefore will be eligible for points.

Steps to Register: 

 

1. Complete the Team EOI Nomination via this link – https://www.trybooking.com/DCOEV all details must be entered in to be eligible.

2. The CCNA Management team will check team nominations eligible with DOB and correct divisional nominations.

3. Once this has been completed, the team manager/team contact will receive the Netball Connect link to register your team into the carnival, this is where you will pay your carnival fee as well as enter all your players into the system so that they are visible on the weekend. When completing your netball connect team nomination via Netball Connect please make sure that you are collecting their email and contact details that they have used when they have registered for 2025 as if you don't, the players will be duplicated and will ask them to pay another Netball Qld registration fee for 2025.
